Our two gites are fully independent flats on the ground level of Villa Germiny. Facing a wide and magnificent sea panorama framed by several old cypresses, they enjoy private terraces, a very nice garden open to guests, wifi, excellent fiber optic internet (new in spring 2024), and reliable heat, as well as a number of other amenities. Easy convenient parking for one car per lodging.

Each flat has a comfortable large bed measuring 1m60x2m (63"x79"/ 5'3"x 6'7"), sofa with reclining seats, and recently remodeled tiled baths. (For very young children, we have available cots and high chairs.)
Fitted kitchens include an induction hob, a built-in multi-function Bosch oven (which includes microwave), dishwasher, under counter storage with custom drawers. Many basic supplies for living, cooking, and cleaning are also provided. Both gites have clothes washers and tumble dryers.

Rentals are Saturday (4 p.m.) to Saturday (11 a.m.) during periods of high demand (generally May through September), as gite preparation is quite time consuming.
Price quotes are always net. For rentals of 2 weeks or more, we supply changes of linens as needed but we do not re-clean occupied gites.
Please provide in your email the number of guests, ages of children, gite requested and dates desired. When you book you receive our basic information for incoming guests.

Beginning in 2026 we are considerably scaling back availability in order to rest as well as to provide more time and space for friends and family. We may be back in the future but for now we are withdrawing from wonderful Sawday's and the Breton tourist office.

I am not posting availability this year. I know we are hoping to have friends the first three weeks of August.
We have splotchy periods already blocked, but please do write if you have any interest in coming/returning this year or in the future. I have left listed below our recent tariffs as basic information.
